- ** NEW ** The North American maps have been recently updated. Fifty new states and provinces have been added. The sources were the North American list maintained by John Morse of Clemson (with additional data of specimens at the Smithsonian Institution that were provided by the late Nancy Adams of the Smithsonian Institution). A 2004 publication in Banisteria by O. S. Flint Jr., R. L. Hoffman, and C. R. Parker had 11 new records for Virginia. O. S. Flint Jr. identified new Pennsylvania records.
